Thomas Mack has many years of experience in the field of corporate law. His work focuses on drafting contracts, particularly for the establishment or restructuring of companies, as well as on advice and legal representation in connection with shareholder disputes. He is a member of the German-Italian Lawyers’ Association (DIJV) and maintains relations with several Italian law firms.

Thomas Mack also works in the area of private construction and real estate law. In this field he primarily supports projects in an advisory capacity. Clients from the real estate sector, in particular, benefit from his expertise in both corporate and real estate law.
