Thomas Mack
Thomas Mack advises on all areas of corporate law. His practice focuses on directors’ and officers’ liability, the enforcement and defense of other liability claims, and shareholder disputes.
Partnership and law firm law plays a special role in this context. This includes advice to freelancers and companies on all corporate law issues, particularly in the context of internal conflicts, the revision of partnership agreements, the departure of professionals, and the establishment of spin-offs. Thomas Mack also practices private real estate law and is a member of the German-Italian Lawyers’ Association (DIJV).
In the area of litigation/conflict resolution, Thomas Mack represents his clients out of court, before state courts, arbitration tribunals, and in mediation proceedings. Handelsblatt & Best Lawyers have ranked him among Germany’s best lawyers for conflict resolution since 2024.
